About Sarahah

Original statistics, not borrowed numbers

Every figure published on Sarahah comes from answers given on Sarahah. Nothing is bought in or estimated from another source. Statistics are broken down by country, age group, and gender, each one carries the number of responses it rests on, and they update as more people answer. You are free to reuse them, including commercially, as long as you credit Sarahah.

  Your result page appears right away, and only someone with its link can open it.

  Once at least 50 people have answered, your result is set against the combined statistics.

Answers are anonymous

Your name is never attached to your answers. Everything we publish is a combined statistic, and your own result page is only reachable by someone who has its link. When no name is attached, people answer honestly with comfort. Honest answers in, honest comparison out.

How comparisons work

Every quiz is eight questions. You get your own result right away. The comparison against everyone else appears once at least 50 people have answered, so you are never measured against a handful of responses. The full rules are on the How the comparisons work page.

What Sarahah is not

This is not the old anonymous messaging service. Sarahah no longer receives or publishes messages between people. It is also not a scientific survey. Everyone here chose to answer, so results describe the people who took the quiz rather than everyone.
