By using Sarahah, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.
Age Requirement
Sarahah is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use Sarahah.
Description of Service
Sarahah is a social quiz platform. Users answer a set of questions about themselves, then share their unique link with friends. Friends attempt to guess the user's answers and receive a score showing how well they know the user. Scores and names are displayed on a leaderboard visible to the quiz creator.
Your Account
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
User Conduct
You agree not to use Sarahah to:
- Use offensive, harassing, or inappropriate names when taking someone's quiz
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Use automated tools or bots to interact with the service
Quiz Responses & Scores
When someone takes your quiz, they enter their name and answer the same questions you answered. Their answers are compared to yours, and a score is calculated. The responder's name and score are visible to you on your dashboard leaderboard. By taking someone's quiz and entering your name, you consent to your name and score being displayed to the quiz creator.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. When you delete your account, your profile and quiz will no longer be accessible, your leaderboard data will be removed, and your profile photo will be deleted.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Sarahah is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sarahah and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or any content received through the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Sarahah after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
