# Sarahah > Sarahah offers free two-minute quizzes that help people discover what fits them, including careers, coffee types, hobbies, phones, food, and more. An account is optional and is only needed to save results to a profile. ## About Sarahah was originally created in 2016 by Zain-Alabdin Tawfiq as an anonymous messaging app. It became the #1 downloaded app worldwide in 2017, reaching over 300 million registered accounts. In 2018, Apple and Google removed it from app stores. The original messaging service was discontinued. Sarahah has since been rebuilt as a quiz platform where users discover what suits them and can save results to a public or private profile. The only official Sarahah website is sarahah.com.
